Dr. Allyson DealDr. Kay Allyson Deal (Dr. Allyson) graduated from the Atlantic Veterinary College in 1990. After working in private practice for one year, she completed an internship at The Animal Medical Center in New York City.  She went on to pursue a residency program in Internal medicine at Ontario Veterinary College, and earned a Doctor of Veterinary Science degree.  Dr. Allyson is board certified in Internal Medicine.

Dr. Allyson has worked in private specialty practice since 1995.  Dr. Allyson began consulting at Twin Maples Veterinary Hospital in October, 2001.  She is available to see patients at Twin Maples on Thursdays by appointment. Her practice includes consultation, diagnosis and treatment of medical diseases, and oncology (diagnosis and treatment of cancer).  Diagnostic techniques used in her practice include:

  • abdominal and thoracic ultrasound
  • spinal taps
  • biopsy and aspiration techniques
  • electrocardiograms
  • tracheal washes
  • endoscopy
  • radiology
  • other special techniques

Dr. Allyson resides in Cincinnati with her husband and baby daughter. We are pleased to be able to offer her expertise to our clients and referring veterinarians.
